FAQs
How can I play?
If you’re looking to register a team in our upcoming season, visit the season page.
If you’re an individual and don’t have a team yet, click the below link and complete your details. We will contact you to find you a team.
If all else fails, contact admin@southerntouchfootball.com.au.
How do we pay fees?
If choosing the “Team Fee” option, this is via bank transfer to the club. If choosing the “Player Fee” option, this is paid by each player at the time of registration.
The Team Captain will undertake team registration on mysideline (there is no cost to do this) and then each player pays individually at the time of individual registration. Players on a team where a “Team Fee” is paid will be given a discount code to eliminate the club fee cost at the time of registration.
How are teams graded?
Over the first three (3) grading rounds of competition, we will do our best to fixture matches in a way (using knowledge of the teams, players, and information provided by team managers) that will generate results that can inform subsequent grading.
Once we hit Round 4 of the regular season, it is very unlikely that there will be any further movement of teams between divisions.
Please note you will play for competition points from Round 1 (after grading).
What do my fees cover?
We are pretty open at Southern and want to ensure that our members know exactly where their money is going. We are not-for-profit so all the funds go back into the club.
